Nice to meet you. My name is Nir Tenenboim — father of three grown children, Jonathan, Itamar, and Lena. I’ve lived in the heart of Tel Aviv for the past twenty-five years, and I know the city well beyond its headlines, including the corners most people never find.
My background is in advertising, and I moved into real estate over a decade ago. For the past five years I have focused exclusively on the ultra-luxury niche, guiding discerning buyers — local and international — to properties that are genuinely extraordinary.
Over the years I have built a deep network with premium sellers, leading developers, and the right agents, giving my clients access to opportunities that never reach the open market. A close understanding of transaction history and current market movement means every client makes a decision that is both informed and secure.
My philosophy is simple: absolute loyalty, complete transparency, and a warm, long-term personal relationship.

Meir Gluzberg — Founder, Real Capital
Real Capital Premium is backed by Meir Gluzberg — founder of Real Capital in Israel and founder and partner at Forest Hill Downtown, Toronto’s luxury brokerage. Living between Toronto and Ramat Hasharon, Meir is the bridge between North American buyers and the Israeli market.
Meir holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from York University in Toronto and serves as a director in the office for encouraging trade relations between Canada and Israel. He is married to Yael and a father of four.
A real estate investor with more than 20 years of experience, Meir is founder and partner at Forest Hill Downtown, Toronto, which specializes in luxury homes and real estate investments, and the founder of Real Capital, a private real estate brokerage chain in Israel.
Before real estate, Meir was an entrepreneur in the food and high-tech industries, leading several companies to successful exits — among them WebAffairs, acquired by a company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. He is also the founder and chairman of the Israeli Real Estate Association, Derech Eretz.
