About the project and its surroundings
The project was carefully planned and designed by Revesz Architects, an independent, design-oriented 3rd generation architecture studio based in Old Jaffa. The design of the project highlights its local Jaffa feel while combining contemporary European elements that give a unique look to the building. The finishing materials of the building bring a delicate balance between the use of highly textured materials – local plaster, limestone, and Jaffa stone, processed metals, and warm lighting.

The unique exterior of the structure will be made of a custom-made oxidized copper mesh manufactured in Italy. The inviting entrance lobby features double-height Ottoman arches.
The walls of the lobby are covered with mineral plaster, raw natural stone, and oxidized copper detailing.

Schedule
The building is mostly built and will undergo a comprehensive renovation as part of a new building permit.
